Keeway Swingers Square Dance Club
Standing Rules……....FERG 2005
- The executive board may spend up to
$25 on birthday gifts and up to $50 on Christmas gifts for club caller.
- Keeways will not accept door prizes at
our own hoedowns.
- Members will receive a copy of
by-laws, and 1 bumper sticker free.
Any additional stickers will have to be purchased.
- When paying for an activity in
advance, a date will be set and anyone canceling after this date will
forfeit their money.
- Any person who handles the ordering of
individual items for Keeway members will collect all monies in advance.
- The First Lady will be in charge of
the club dress, using any combination of blue and white.
- The club dress will be introduced at
the club’s April hoedown.
- To win a drawing the member must be
present.
- All elected out-going officers shall
be presented with a small gift, such as a plaque or certificate of
appreciation and the past President shall be authorized to purchase the
gifts.
- Each member shall receive a copy of
minutes and treasurers report before each business meeting.
- On the even numbered year, the
President will appoint a committee to review by-laws.
